Not sure who to contact? Start with the body corporate.
Your committee is made up of volunteer owners and is your first point of contact. Every contact with the strata manager costs the body corporate a fee, so let us triage your question first and involve strata only when it's needed.
Level 24, for residents
Our rooftop lounge and wine bar is one of the best rooms in the building, and it belongs to all of us.
Head up for a quiet drink, a catch-up with neighbours or the sunset. There's no booking needed for now, so if others are there, please share. The event room on the same level is available for private functions.
These are shared privileges, not personal kingdoms. Use it, enjoy it, and leave it as you found it.
